Good Morning from Quality Communications,
We’ve some VERY EXCITING news to share with you this morning!
The results are in. As many of you know, we reach out to you, our customers, asking for your honest opinion about how we are doing. We are always looking for ways to improve our service.
A whopping 88% of our survey respondents were either VERY or EXTREMELY Satisfied. Equally as impressive: 86% of our customers would recommend our company to a friend or colleague.
While these are impressive numbers, reflective of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we will continue to work to bring these numbers even higher. For those who participated in our survey, I thank you. Your feedback is critical to us.
For those new to the Quality Communications family, within a few days of Quality Communications providing on-site or remote support, you will receive a customer satisfaction survey by e-mail. Your feedback helps us to continue to refine the quality of our services to you. Surveys take under a minute to complete, and I read every one personally.
